Roots and Wings ~ An Open Floor Conscious Dance closed group with Patricia Roux

A unique opportunity to work in a close knit group over 3 sessions, each session building on each other to elevate and inspire your dance practice. Grounded yet light, solid yet fluid, expansive yet centred.

This Open Floor class series is for anyone interested in the revealing power of dance, embodiment and creative movement inquiry. We will be dancing deeply and fully, alive in our bodies and open to expand our physical and emotional movement vocabulary.

Move your body. Notice. Stay present. We bring attention to our bodies over and over again, fully experiencing each moment as we move, breathe, and dance, with great music and a teacher to guide us.” Open Floor International

About Open Floor:

Open Floor is a resource-based movement practice. We explore new ways of moving and responding to what is happening with intention and purpose. We learn to understand our habits and patterns for deeper insight and self-awareness. The more we embody different responses in our movements, the more resources we can call on to move through life with flexibility, resilience and ease.
