This heart centered Ecstatic Dance is dancing like no one is watching whilst holding each other in compassion.
On this evening we will dance up a storm, yet hold love, kindness, compassion and peace in our hearts as we journey to our center.
At this time of year as we head through autumn seeking warmth and hibernation the tendency can be to disconnect, so lets keep our threads of connection alive, hold space for each other on the dance floor and in turn hold those in our greater community which in turn spreads love around the globe.
The room is full of love when our dance is connected to each other, the whole community benefits through our collective presence, authentic movement and grounding.
Move with such authenticity that it liberates the bubbles of ecstasy.
Dance your unique the dance, no one else can dance it.

No shoes, we dance bare foot to ground and connect with the earth, freeing your feet will free the body as well as the mind.
No talking on the dance floor, the space becomes safe to express and feel into your dance when the mind pauses the need to communicate through words. Keep the space safe for each other.

The ecstatic dance is a process of delving into your own individual, original dance, it is so unique to you and how you move that it can not be reproduced by anyone else. This gives us the freedom from constraints and judgements so we can explode our potential to move until it unleashes the dancer within. The room takes on a different energy as everyone drops into their dance and natural ecstasy is reached.
We have been teaching Conscious dance in WA for 15 years, trained in various modalities and taught numerous classes, workshops and retreats. The essence never changes, the purity and simplicity humbles us each time we step onto the dance floor and we are ever grateful to the community around us and the earth that holds us.
